The NSW and TAS Payroll Tax monthly thresholds have changed due to 2016 being a leap year, although the annual threshold remains the same as last year. There has been a delay by Payroll Tax Australia (which typically is used as the reference point) in the publication of the new monthly thresholds.

At the time of this communication, the website www.payrolltax.gov.au still publishes the old thresholds.
