Industrial Relations

New South Wales (NSW)

NSW Industrial Relations (NSW IR) primary responsibilities are to monitor wages, employment rights, obligations and employment conditions in NSW.

Queensland (QLD)

The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission is an independent tribunal established to conciliate and arbitrate industrial matters in the State of Queensland.

Victoria (VIC)

The Industrial Relations Society of Victoria is an organisation committed to fostering discussion, research and education in the fields of industrial and employment relations and related areas of interest.

Western Australia (WA)

An independent quasi-judicial tribunal established under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 to deal with industrial matters in the State of Western Australia by conciliation or, if necessary, arbitration.

South Australia (SA)

The Industrial Relations Society of South Australia Inc (IRSSA) is an organisation committed to fostering discussion, research and education in the field of industrial relations and employment matters more generally.

Payroll Tax

New South Wales (NSW)

As NSW’s principal revenue management agency, Revenue NSW fairly administers State taxation and revenue for, and on behalf of, the people of NSW.

Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

The ACT Revenue Office is responsible for the administration of ACT tax laws. We also manage the assessment and collection of ACT taxes, as well as administering conveyance duty concessions, exemptions, the First Home Owner Grant and the collection of outstanding tax debts.

Queensland (QLD)

The Office of State Revenue (OSR) is part of Queensland Treasury. We are responsible for collecting state taxes and royalties, and administering the Queensland First Home Owners’ Grant.

Victoria (VIC)

The Victorian Government's revenue management agency, a semi-autonomous service agency acting under a framework agreement between the Victorian Treasurer, the Secretary of the Department of Treasury and Finance, and the Commissioner of State Revenue.

Western Australia (WA)

The Office of State Revenue (OSR) aims to administer revenue laws and grant and subsidy schemes in a fair and efficient manner for the community. This involves both the collection of duties and taxes, as well as the payment of grants and subsidies.

Tasmania (TAS)

The State Revenue Office is responsible for administering Tasmania’s taxation laws and certain Grants. The tax revenue collected helps pay for the services delivered by government to the benefit of the people who live, work and invest in Tasmania.

South Australia (SA)

RevenueSA, through the Commissioner of State Taxation, is responsible for management, collection and enforcement of South Australia's taxation revenue.

Northern Australia (NT)

Territory Revenue Office (TRO) is a Division of the Department of Treasury and Finance. Our role is to administer and provide advice on the Territory’s main own-source revenues and certain grant and subsidy schemes.
